Shocking!!! I called Durban North Scooters Pizza on Monday @ 19:49. The lady who answered was absolutely rude and constantly kept cutting me off because of her private chats. I placed my order and she said that I had to pay the driver a delivery fee... which I did. He arrives at our house at 20:40. We explained to him the pizza should now be free because he was late and upon checking the pizzas we saw that one pizza had all the toppings off and to the side of the pizza. He asked us then to call the Store, which we did. Called the store and the Manager was rude and disrespectful. she said they are closed and the matter will be taken up, there is nothing she can do. She pretended to not know anything we were saying and kept asking us totally ridiculous questions like: "you ordered it today? " & "You ordered from us? " after giving her all our details n order number. I am disgusted!!! Pathetic Service Really! Scooters should stick to their 39min promise firstly & get better staff! Whats the use of eating Pizza without toppings& all messed up!!! Sies!
