Bad experience at Debonairs Pizza

My girlfriend and I went to the Table View branch of Debonairs Pizza and ordered their 'special deal' of purchasing two large pizzas and receiving four Beg4Mores for free.

Despite their guarantee that the pizza will served to us in ten minutes or less (which was emblazoned in large print at the base of the counter), we only received our pizza almost thirty minutes after placing our order.

In the period that we were waiting for the food, when my girlfriend went to enquire as to why the pizza was taking so long, we were told that the pizza was finished, but they had only put the Beg4Mores in at the time when we enquired. Ten minutes later the Beg4Mores had still not been finished.

After our half an hour wait, when we finally got the food, we opened the boxes to look at the pizzas, and discovered that the outer circumference of the base was bare, and that the pizza toppings were only lumped in the middle, and that the crust was consequently burnt black.

When we walked back to ask about this, the manager on duty told us that we asked for a thin, crispy base.

This is not the first time that the service at this specific branch has been so shocking.
