Debonairs Pizza

I ordered pizzas from my local branch at Debonairs Sarnia. I ordered online and phoned the branch to pay via credit card. The pizzas arrived an hour late with all the dots on the boxes black. I pointed this out to the delivery driver. He said I should phone the branch. I spoke to the manager who said she will phone her "owner". She phoned back saying the if the dot is black is subject to terms and conditions. I asked her what that was and she could not answer. I went onto the website to check, and could not find anything excluding me from receiving my pizzas for free as per the terms and conditions.
the manager made me feel as If I wanted freebies and not pay for my pizzas if the policy says you get it for free if its black, they should adhere to this policy.
She made it clear that I would not be refunded. I am not happy about the service that I received.
