I ordered 2 x large pizza's (Friday - 14 June) After phoning (4 times) to find out when our pizza's will be delivered!! It took almost 2 hours before we got the 2 pizza's (Which was ice cold) I did pay the young man for the pizza's and said I will contact the branch to sort out the late and cold delivery! Which I did. I phoned and spoke to the Manager. I told him I had paid for the pizza's which I didn't have to (the red dot policy) and that I would expect to receive my next pizzas FOR FREE, and he must make a note on my number or system. 11 July - I phoned to place my order (which I was expecting to be for free - after all I did arrange this with the manager. Another Manager (Guy) was working and he didn't want to agree to my free pizza's as he was not the one I complained and made arrangements to. He said he will discuss it with the owner and the other manager and send me an email/ or phone me to tell me the outcome the next day! I did go ahead and place the order AND paid for the pizzas, and I expected Guy to phone me the next day!!! No call/email -almost a week!! They think if they ignore the problem - it will disappear.. NOT this time!
