Poor Service

Even after logging a complaint with Hello Peter, KFC Still has not given me any feedback instead I had to call them back to find out is going on with the query and I was told that it was not logged and was not escalated. I am sooo disappointed with the service I have received and this is definitely the very LAST time I will ever have anything to do with KFC.
They should just shut down because they seem not to know how to treat customers. *DISAPPOINTED*
