Once again poor service after initial Hello Pete

I logged a complaint on Hello peter on 11 Feb'2013 (HEADLINE: 1 Month to receive feedback on declined Bond app) which was responded to timeously and I received a follow up call from FNB in record time.

I was informed that an assessor would contact me for valuation of our property - which he did. I had to request that he contact me the following week to schedule a time when someone would be home - I have not as yet received a call back.

I contacted FNB on at least 2 occasions since then to request for the assessor to contact me - I'm still waiting - once again forced to log a complaint on Hello Peter??

I have to ask myself, was the initial follow up after the Hello Peter complaint to shut me up, or was the intent truly to assist a customer in need?
