Im very disappointed to be with cellc at this moment and in my entire life I have never get a poor service like this one. I really don't think I can rely on this network and Im considering to change back to the network I was using before which is MTN. Below is my dissatisfaction.
I have logged 3 complain on the 31 March, 8 April and 15 April 2013 and till now my query has not been resolved, and the respond was not satisfactory. what do one call this? A real POOR SERVICE.

Here is my query below please sent me my settlement of the contract that I have with you.

on the 31 march, I spoke to Shibu, pity I didnt ask her surname regarding my BIS that I have subscribe a BB10 as I am using a BB 9300. I simply ask to be refunded or switched and be subscribed to the normal BIS with the airtime that I used.

On the 8 April, spoke to Godfrey Ngomezulu, and he told me that the 1st consultant left my query hanging and never escalated to the department that deals with this. he promise to resolve this and sent to relevant department.

On the 11th April, called again and spoke to Nonhlanhla Ndlovu and she couldnt trace my query. i have lost income due to this.
