I made an online application for a service. I did not receive any feedback and only after I logged a complaint did a consultant call me. The lady who called was friendly and courteous and assured me I would receive feedback within three days. It is now a week later and still no feedback. Upon contacting the call centre, it appears there is no application for the service i requested. STD Bank is such a huge and successful organisation and I find it difficult to believe that they would treat their customers in this manner, could it be that they do not need the business of the minority? If the application was unsuccessful, a simple SMS would have been sufficient but NOTHING after a week. I am really disappointed in the service I have received.
