BAD SERVICE

Good day,

i called MacDonalds after they supplied wrong goods to me, I spoke to lady and requested she sends a delivery guy to replace the goods as this was their mistake. She said to me they don't have vehicles available they will only have them after 4 pm. I then said to the lady they cannot expect me to have my lunch after 4 pm, i then told her that i will come to the branch to return the food my self and they will have to pay my petrol.

when i got there they referred me to the manager who didn't even bother to hear what i had to say, she called the lady i spoke to on the phone early to handle the matter. That lady didn't want to resolve the problem all she did was shout in front of other customers. They did refund me but what about my petrol money.
