BAD SERVICE

We arrived @ MacDonalds @ 9:00 am buying 3 coffees and a cup of rooibos tea, the problem started when the lady told us we have to wait for rooibos as its being fetched at the back after 5 minutes told us that there's no rooibos. She didn't even have the decency to apologize for letting us wait, then we asked for water cause we already paid for tea. The lady didn't even give us sugar an spoons with our coffees then when I went b andto ask for my change and sugar she gave me attitude. I never had a problem with any MacD's in Joburg before and since it was my 1st time in Klerksdorp I was very disappointed at the service our so called customer service people give. I mean why pay for service like that, the lady is giving MacDonalds as a whole a bad name and just because of 1 person I don't think its fair that the company suffer because their lack of service to us but at the same time they are representing you as a company. Just thought I'd share my frustration that I had so early in the morning and I hope for the company's sake they will try and change their attitude.
