Worst service at a KFC

Arrived at drive thru... Took 14min for 2 cars infront of me. Then I was told they out of chicken pieces... has to wait for my order in parking lot. Two cars that was behind me was provided with orders before I received mine after waiting another 10 min. Once order was received there was no cold drink and staff member had to go back to fetch... never getting takeaways there again.
