UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

Monday the 9th December i received an sms stating that African Bank will be debiting my account on the 13th December, on the 10th i called and i spoke to a lady and requested they should not debit my account as i will be getting paid on the 28th and she agreed and said she changed the debit order arrangement, to my surprised this morning i was filling up the car with petrol African bank has debited my money after i had called them and requested them to debit as per my salary date, i have never been so embarrassed cause i could not pay for my petrol, i called today 4 times spoke to Patience Madonsela who said she is investigating the matter then dropped the phone and i spoke to Tumelo Motseo who told me that they can only refund my money on Tuesday., i never requested my debit order date to be changed what African bank did is bridge of contract and i want my money back.
