SALAD NOT INCLUDED IN MY TAKE AWAY ORDER

I bought a take Away Full Combo Meal, which consist of Full Chicken, 4 rolls, Portuguese salad, jumbo chips,
I only realized when I get home that SALAD was missing, I immediately phoned the shop, I spoke to the lady, that I did not get her name, I told her about my complain, which she said, she will speak to her Manager and come back to me,
The Manager did not bother to phone me, when I phoned back the Store, the phone was not answered.
Am angry at the poor CUSTOMER service I got from Nandos., It is very poo
