Disgusting service

On the 11/05/2013 I went into the Mcdonlads in Chatterton in Pietermaritzburg. Firstly I was waiting in line and the teller on the far right called for the her first customer, the guy that just walked in walked to her. Her was not even in the line.

The teller in front of me had taken the customers order and was too busy chatting to the guy that walked in to even ask her customer to move aside so that I could place my order. After a lengthy conversation I was then asked to come to the till. After giving my order, I was told that I must move aside as Ngubane wanted to take the next order. The question is, why was not that done when I was in line. The answer, Ngubane was too busy talking to her friends, "I think". Sadly far too often situations like that arise and nothing is done about it. Due to this poor service I received I will not be supporting this branch any more as it seems like I as a customer am doing the staff a favor. Feel free to rewind the in-house cameras to the 11/05/2013 @ 13h00.
