Teller Swearing at my Wife

Yesterday my wife went to checkers and after the shopping she went to join a que, and then while she was paying, a teller wanted to get to her till and asked my wife to move, but she could not move because a person moved his trolley right next to my wife and the teller did not give her any room as well, so she could not go anywhere and told the teller this, when she was finished paying and signing the slip and started to walk through the till, the teller said to my wife You as my wife walked passed her. this is disgusting you've lost a customer to this branch for life.
