Very unhappy

I was waiting in the line for a teller when one of them was free. I stepped up to her (wish I got her name) and she starred at me blankly. I asked her if she was going to take my order. She defensively asked if I couldn't see that her till was broken. I asked her how was I supposed to know that and she just turned her head away. I just walked out.
