Saint Burger Joint - Terrible Service

On the 10th of May 2013, we booked a table for 11 people at Saints Burger joint on Kloof for a dinner. Saints is well known in the area for their burgers and also their "build-your-own-burgers". Once our party had all arrived the waitresses informed us that due to the size of our group, they wouldn't be offering us "build-your-own-burgers" as it would complicate orders. Our table accepted this and we chose from the normal burger menu to make the chef and the waitresses' job easier. After about 45 minutes, a few of the orders came out to the table and after another 15 minutes people still had not received their food! Someone went to the kitchen to ask where the food was but the chef responded very aggressively and inappropriately. We waited a bit longer for our food to come out and when it did the waitresses didn't know which burger was cooked medium or medium rare nor did they have the correct sauces or bread. I understand and I accept that things go wrong in the kitchen but the chef treated us in a disgusting manner and instead of coming out to apologise he waited until he had finished cooking called everyone outside and gave us a sad, sorry and pathetic excuse. I AM DISGUSTED!!!
