We don't really care!

17/03/13Went through the drive thru ordered a Big Mac meal and premium chicken delux spicy meal drove off only to realize we were given chicken mcnuggets and a chicken burger and the drinks were wrong.
We went into the McDonald's to resolve this, food in hand. There were staff all over who saw us and mumbled to themselves about there being a problem. We waited in line to be served i order to get assistance as everyone was too busy to approach a customer who just walked in with food from McDonald's in their hands. I got the attention of a staff member and asked for the manager she pointed out a man who had walked passed us.
We explained it was the wrong order he took the food after some time they gave us the right meals and asked the the difference in money. We then wait for about 10 min for our change as he was serving at the window too. 25/03/2013 did not give me the hash brown. I had to go through the drive thru again for the hash brown I was ok having the wrong mcmuffin 26/03/2013 again they did not include the 2nd hash I ordered. They don't care that they made a mistake they brush u off to serve the nex customer. Their system is not working&as a customer I was not being heard
