Terrible Customer Service

I stood in the queue for almost 15 minutes to be served, then when I got to the front a guy pushes in front of me and the cashier (Bongeka) sees it and does nothing. Even after saying "Excuse me, I was before that customer in the line", she continues to take his order. After he places his order I move to the front of the line and she asks for my order, and I said "You do know I was before that customer in the line." She says "ok." with a smug look on her face. I asked her if she was going to apologise and she something rude in her native language. Thereafter she took my order (incorrectly too) and almost threw the food at me when it arrived. Will not be buying from that KFC ever again.
