SHOCKING TURN AROUND AND SERVICE WRT GETTING MONEY

Ordered pizza on Friday night 24.01.2013, Mr Delivery could not provide as restuarant was closed. However they managed to authorise funds on my card before figuring this out... I called back and let them know their error and they said they would help out on monday as they had to wait for the right people to be on duty. Monday came along and I heard nothing so followed up with them. They confirmed they had cleared the funds and would send me the proof via email. It is wednesday and I have just contacted my bank to clear as MR delivery has not done any of what they said they would.
Ridicoulous service and not a good way to maintain customers
