Terrible service and lying to customers

I ordered a mobile phone online with FNB. I received a call on Monday to confirm delivery for this week. I also received an sms on Tuesday to confirm delivery for Thursday between 9am and 3pm. On Thursday I contacted them to find out where my delivery is and I was told that there is a system error and the computers send out random sms's to customers. I told him they were lying and it is not an excuse because they confirmed delivery over the phone. After the consultant spoke to management I was told I will not receive delivery today because the phone only arrived at the PTA hub this morning. I am unable to lodge a complaint with FNB because the system puts me through to this company digital planet who I presume is delivering this absolute service for FNB.
