2 Weeks for Sand and No Delivery

We ordered and paid for sand on 23 January 2013. Delivery was meant to take place by 25 January 2013 latest.

Called the following week to find out what was wrong and we were told they had not received proof of payment (even though the money would have been in their account instantly as we use the same bank). We were then promised delivery by the Tuesday, then Wednesday, then eventually the following monday.

It is now Thursday 7 February and we still haven't heard anything from the supplier in terms of late delivery or any delivery.

They don't return calls or respond to emails.

This is not the first time I have had this experience with them, but their prices are so good I tend to overlook the bad service. NO MORE THOUGH. It is just not worth it.

I have builders on site waiting 2 weeks with no work.

The best part is they won't even respond to this.
