I ordered a pizza for delivery on Friday 19 April 2013 at 19:10 as confirm on the receipt received from the shop. The delivery was only made at 20:50 after numerous phone call to the shop and promises. When the pizza was finally delivered the delivery person was apparently unable to make a phone call from the intercom they had to call my cellphone. As per my request when I order the pizza I asked from a Speedpoint so that I can effect payment that was not sent with the delivery people. Upon receiving the pizza I asked whether I should still pay for the pizza where I was told that it is payable and a driver will be sent. A driver was sent on sunday who was surprised when I told him how late the pizza was.
I call the store from Monday 22 April until Tuesday 30 April leaving messages. I only received a missed call back on Tuesday after a threatened to lodge a complaint. Everytime I call the managers are out and I have been promised call backs and nothing happen. I buy from the store at once a week. Now I need to know what the delivery policy is and whether I should be refunded for the late delivery of the pizza.
