Not Delivering good when they say they will

HI There, I have bought a watch from Wicount, I have emailed them on the 19 February 2013 and asked when the watch will be delivered Dube send a email back and said that they are getting stock in on Wednesday so I will get delivery on Thursday. On Friday the 22 February 2013 I have called them back and said I have not received any delivery and Dube said he will find out why the delivery was not done. He called me back and let me know that the delivery will now be made on Monday 25 February 2013 before lunch. Tuesday I called them again to let them know that I have not got delivery and I only spoke to the receptionist and she said she will give Dube the message and he will call me back. I have had no call back as yet and no delivery on the watch. Please can you help to sort this out. My Order number is 8236453-1
