We ordered a new sim card, confirmed delivery address in JHB. It was confirmed it would be delivered in JHB on Tuesday morning. The delivery was confirmed again on Monday. On Tuesday morning we called to confirm when delivery will happen? We were told it would be delivered in Cape Town!!! This is not what was requested and a HUGE set back as our client was expecting it on Tuesday morning.

We managed to calm our client down as we were promised by Vodacom that it would be delivered on Wednesday morning. This morning we contacted Vodacom to confirm delivery in JOHANNESBURG this morning. The Sim card is STILL in Cape Town this morning!!!

When phoning Vodacom to sort this out and try and speak to a manager there was no one available, We have now been on the phone for an hour. No one is helping, we are just being transferred. the customer service is pathetic. I deal in customer care everyday and there is always a solution to a customers problem, it requires that someone go out of their way though to help. But NO-ONE at Vodacom is willing to do this. This is Vodacom's mess up and you will be held accountable if we loose our client!!!

Vodacom customer care is so bad!
