DISAPPOINTMENT

Please be aware: on confirmation for a small get together for some of my friends to do some scrapbooking and to enjoy the ambiance and "friendly" atmosphere; the owner returned my call after leaving a messsage to confirm the booking. My call was returned and I was shocked at his response to me to confirm a small group of five ladies and not that it was for 50! and that I should go to Spur and go and scrap there... after I send him a sms to explain the shocking way he responded to me: why do i phone to confirm my booking". Obviously not worried about the damage he has done - word of mouth is a very powerful tool. There is a lot of places in our area that will welcome and little group and would not mind me respectfully confirming my booking. Enjoy your day!
