BAD SERVICE

We got to spur at about 09:10 and asked for a table for 8 people. Firstly we got a table that wasn't big enough at all. Then we asked for a bigger table (keep in mind - spur was not busy at all - if I can remember correctly there was 5 tables with people in total). We order the kiddies meals first (torch meal) at the small table and then We ordered our drinks at the bigger table which was caf? latte, cappuccino's milkshakes and a tea. We waited and waited and waited. It was about 25min later after ordering the drinks and waiting for it that the kiddies meals was brought to our table and about 5 min after that we got our drinks. Then we ordered the fabulous breakfast with some add-ons with some of the breakfasts. Again we waited about 30 minutes for our food and when they brought the food - some of the add-ons was not there and we had to remind the person to bring sauces and the toast which was 5 slices and we were suppose to get 10 slices. Then we asked for take-away containers then 2 different people gave it to us. I am very disappointed in spur and we go there at least once a week but we don't get the service we deserve every time. What will you do to prove your service to us?
