Important notes to anyone that would like to book a room with the guesthouse:

* You must ask if you have phoned the correct place as the phone is only answered with a "hello";
* They only do bookings via SMS;
* You must phone them (yes, you the paying customer must phone the service provider);
* If you don't respond to the SMS then you will forfeit the booking (yes they don't follow up with a courtesy call to confirm if the booking won't be required);
* The fact that you do phone and discuss the booking DOES NOT imply that the booking can be made as the assistant doesn't know if there's any available room.s Although they confirm that a pro forma will be send the next working day; for the dates requested. They even allow for late check out even though there's no rooms available. Thus make SURE that they assistant confirm before any bookings are requested.
* You can expect that if the booking doesn't go as planned and you get upset that there would be remarks made in the background.
