TERRIBLE service and even worse attitude

I phoned on Monday to make a booking and got cut off twice when put through to the restaurant. I then called back and made a reservation with the front of house for breakfast on the Sunday. I was assured I would be phoned back to confirm the booking. It is now Friday and I am phoning again to confirm the booking and have just been told that there is NO booking and that they aren't taking bookings for Sunday only for the brunch and not breakfast. When I asked to be put through to the manager I was told that I was being unnecessary and then the line was cut off! I am shocked at this and am very upset that this is how such an institution treats people.
