NO RESPONSE FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

I need to make a booking for my company. I do not qualify for an online booking as I need to book for a group of ten.

I emailed [Email Removed] And no response within the first day. I called the centre for "urgent enquiries" to which they responded that I can not do a group booking over the phone, and that I should email. Which I did, again.

Third call, they hung up on me. I can understand that I may be getting annoying, but, how long should one wait.

I eventually got hold of someone, who said they would get back to me in the evening. No response.

I called again, and asked to be put through to the group booking department, and have been on hold for almost half an hour. These bookings are urgent. Is there really no other way???
