Soul Serenity Day Spa
No one in this country cares about good service!

I made a booking at the Soul Serenity day spa in the Boskruin area on Tuesday the 22nd of January for the Girl power package that they have for the Morning of the 26th of January @ 9:00 for me and a friend. This was a gift from my friend for my birthday which was on the 23rd.when we arrived quite early, 8:30 at the spa and found that there was only one therapist and she was not there to help us, we were quite shocked. We were informed that apparently our booking was never confirmed and that is why there was no one to assist us. This was very strange as no one told us we had to confirm and neither did i tell anyone that i will confirm because we are not sure about the appointment. We tried for more than an hour to get hold of the owner who put the appointment in the book, with no luck. We left evetually with big dissapointment, the lady Aubrey gave us a missed call, whe had to phone her back. Whilst trying to sort the issue out she put the phone down in my friends ear, after making up a that we told them that we were unsure and would confirm. This was not true, she did not even appologise or nothing she tried to cover herself and accused us. It was a big dissapoinment as it was a PRESENT
