I recently bought a voucher from Group on for Self Image Spa and made a booking for the 1st of Feb; 3 months prior, while checking the booking periodically. I called them the day before to confirm the booking and the Tandi on the phone says there is no booking and there is nothing she can do, when I mentioned we booked on groupon she made a sly comment saying that groupon customers are not prefered. This really upset me since the booking was for a birthday and another day wouldnt do. Tandi then teolls me to book some other day, somewhere in March; knowing the voucher expires in March. I told her i am working and I had taken the day off, she said well if you can do it now you and take off again. She was absolutely rude, when I asked for the owners details to report the issue she refused to give me the information say this is something that doesnt concerned the owner and we dont give information.

What is scary is that if you buy with Group on - you are not "prefered compared to paying customers" and groupon are luckies and not paying according to self image sap in randburg.
