Wrong Food - Very Bad Manners

I was getting take away for the office and at 09:57 this morning. I recieved my order placed through the Drive Thru (I was the only car to assist so they were not busy at all) and when I got back at work my order was wrong. I called KFC and the lady said they were busy I must call back in 15 minutes. I insisted that I needed to speak to the manager and I she asked me to hold. I finally had to disconnect the call and I can still not get through as I'm typing this at 11:10. I called the manager several times on his cell - left messages and still no response.
