I sent ADT a cancellation on the 29th April 2013, no response. I sent an email again still no response. Called ADT and was told no problem we will call you back. Still nothing. Next day same thing called spoke to another cc agent, "its has been cancelled but will call you back sir". Still nothing.

End of the month ADT takes that money out my account. Asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor still on hold and its now 57mins. In that 57 mins i was cut off transfered to the wrong department and transfer.

I am now so of with this service I could drive to your offices and then maybe someone will sort this out.

And you want to know why you are lossing customers. " Always there" should deffinately be changed to "sorry busy at the moment cant help you, call back in a month or so"

Not happy...
