Highly I will never buy KFC in florida

Waiting @ the drive true for sometime I finally get to the the window to place my order the Lady who is suppose to assist me couldn't even greet me, like I'm some piece of never the less I greet her with a smile and start placing my order streetwise 2 pap and a avo and fetta twister I don't think she heard me when I said avo and fetta twister and says to me WHAT! I already waited in a drive through for quiet some time just to not be greeted and still receive this kind of attidude from your staff hence I asked her how much is the just the twister instead of the meal she gives me one dirty look and answers me like I'm some if this is the kind of staff KFC allows to work for them no integrity no manners she gave slow service which was the reason for the long drive true at the collection point I asked another staff member if I can speak to the manager he said yes just wait and a total different employee came to give me my take away I asked again to c the manager and the response I got is that "our manager is busy can't come now u holding up the line"this is not en service as every customer is important the worst of it all both the meals were COLD I am highly disgusted
