Appalling Service!

I placed a delivery order with Nandos Bayview. The lady who took down my order asked me for my address. She then spelt the 1st half n asked me to complete the rest which i did. She put a driver on the line to confirm that he knew where that was n he did. She took down my order n repeated the order, before i could ask her to add a dessert to it she cut the call. I immediately called back n she insisted that i could not add the dessert to my meal at the discounted price as she already put the order through. I explained that she cut me off before i could finish n she insisted she didnt n i must call back to speak to the manager in 1min as he was out. She obviously thought she had cut the call again but i was still on the line n she was very rudely relating the incident to the manager. Seeing as they were oblivious that i was still on the line i cut the call n called back. The manager said that the lady told him i confirmed the order but he will redo it after implying i was wrong. I got my food over 1hr later, cold n with the wrong dessert! The lady redid the order n put in another address on purpose. The managers still insist the lady is right n not me! Pathetic! Will not buy @ Bayview again!
