It is sad to know that the night you feel like take out, make the call as you have had previous good experiences, that when asked to create an account take my individual details down, state the price and estimated time that when you make the effort to go pickup for delivery as per order, its not only not there or ready IN FACT it was never ordered... and so the person/host that takes down the orders for delivery and pickup starts blaming you that it was my mistake. It is that very moment that walk out, with a terrible unhappiness feel go accross the road to a competitor just up the drag complete a simple transaction and ensure that you market and boycott them so badly for the embarassment and painful experience that was given. Its hard enough in our current climate let alone non existant service with a Rand in the pocket. Thanks del forno, as an employee of a bank I will ensure I inform my clients of business (enterprise banker) in the area and for anyone that even mentions the name that your money is best spent elsewhere.
