Unacceptable Service & Delivery

I placed an order on the 6th of January with no delivery as yet on the 13th. The web shows still processing while their delivery policy states "You can expect your order to arrive within five working days". I called their call centre and Christopher acknowledged that something seemed strange. He would get back to me. 4 hours later with no response I called again. He said he was busy with something else and would get back to me. I asked to cancel my order and requested to speak to a supervisor. He went offline for a while and came back telling me the manager would call me back as he was looking into the problem. I said I didn't want this but that I wanted to actually speak to the manager now. He refused to put me through to the manager. I find this unacceptable and will never order from Rubybox again. I still don't have an answer as to what is happening with my order or the cancellation thereof.
