DOUBLE CHARGE, WRONG ORDER MANAGER ATTITUDE

The experience at this KFC I got must be the worst experience I have had at any store in my life. First of all, when I paid for my food the card machine indicated the money did not go off, yet I logged into my bank and showed them that the money did indeed go off. This was not enough and the person helping me requested I show her a sms. I tried explaining to her that no sms will be sent if the transaction was less than R100, which it was. The manager then said we can get a free meal to the value of R100, we can just call him when we are at the store. After a week or so, we then went back. First of all the manager we spoke to was not there, another manager was called. We explained the situation to him, and with one of an attitude, rudely asked us what we wanted. We told him the order, after waiting for how long, he came back with the food, and with no surprise the order was wrong. Trying to explain to him that the order is wrong, he RUDELY argued and said it was not wrong. We tried to change the burger that was not what we asked for, but he kept on arguing with us. We then took the WRONG ORDER and left. Isn't the customer always right???
TOTAL DISGRACE!!!
