Terrible service from a fast foods in South africa

I went to KFC yesterday to buy me food after a trip of 1200 KM, I drove past the drive through as it is much more convenient, I stood behind a car for several minutes because he was busy chatting with the lady taking orders.
That was still fine. When I came there give my order after repeating it twice she still got it wrong I had to go inside to use the swipe facility. I came inside no one except one lady could operate the machine. I asked for the manager the Manager a woman came with a very bad attitude. I asked her I want the manager I know number she would not give it to me. I tried to get hold of the owner of this branch number as I know its the same owner as Kathu but they couldnt assist me with a number for Donald either. Then they did not even give me my slip for my purchase after they have messed up my order.

I am sure Donald does not know how things is going in this branch.

Terrible for a KFC branch.
