KFC STEALS FROM ITS CUSTOMERS

When paying for a meal (a really bad, dry meal), the cashier said that the card transaction was declined, and stated that the transaction had to be redone. I have had this experience with KFC before, and warned her that this would be a double transaction, which would be. She insisted, we did the transaction (again), and I left. When I checked, this was indeed a double payment. This has happened to me twice, and apparently to others in my office as well. This (hellopeter) website confirms this has happened to others as well.

I went to get refunded the next day, and found that KFC is quite aware that this happens regularly, and already have a system in place to refund those customers who actually pick this up. They don't have a system in place to stop them from their customers, and they are not fixing their ethics problem!!

.Please be warned of the being perpetrated by KFC on it's customers.
