To whom this may concern

I regularly visit McDonalds Wynberg in Rosmead Avenue and on more than 1 occasion there hasn't been ice cream in the machine after 12 o clock past midnight. I cannot understand why this is as many other McDonalds have ice cream. McDonalds advertises the Cuppa Cakes and when wanting to make a purchase after 12 midnight, this is NEVER possible.
Please explain to me why this order can never be fulfilled. As i am rather a very irritated customer regarding this.
