I went to a KFC on the 26 October 2013 and placed an order, swiped my card and apparently according to the cashier my transaction didn't go through, she suggested i swipe again the same thing happened, we agreed i take my meal and if the transaction didn't go through they will call me first thing in the morning to come pay for my meal and if it did go through they will call me for a refund, it took 30 minutes to reach that agreement.
I never got a call, i checked my statement last week Wednesday and realized that the transaction went through twice. i went to the store only to find the message that the store is closed because they are renovating, reported the matter to customer care, even today am still waiting, am using my phone to call them and I also have to do so follow ups so this is really bad.
My concern is not that i was charged twice, my problem is the fact that i if never checked my bank statement, KFC could have double charged me and left it at that, that is to customers, all i want is my money back.
