Pathetic Service

Was smsed to load my acc with some cash for a debit on my Nedbank Personal Loan (it wasnt even my debit date but i though as Wed is a holiday let me just put the money in so they get it on time)... did that and put in some extra money for my car payment as well... Boooom... Nedbank decides debit me twice on a go..left me with no money in the acc for my Car payment... Really?? Are you serious about serving your clients with honest banking? called in customer care n all they say is it has not reflected on thier side so there is nothing they can do for me... Cant wait to get this loan paid
