OUTSURANCE TO TRY GET OUT OF PAYMENT

After supplying a police report and maps of the street in question which is a single lane by the way (joe slovo), outsurance is denying liability and refusing to pay my claim when their client drove smack center into the back of my car. forgive me but when some one rear ends you, is it not their fault??? let me again remind you that this happened in a road where there is only one lane and you can only travel in one direction. the ridiculous story they are coming up with is i did not have my indicator on and swerved in front of him and he could not stop. AGAIN... HOW CAN YOU DO THIS ON A SINGLE LANE! I will be pursuing this further but thought i'd share my feelings about this dishonest company with any of you who may think they have some sort of security insuring with them. perhaps the money they offering out to people come from not paying honest claims!? I'd be suprised after the attitude they've shown but i hope they respond to this complaint. Daniel Rube
