Nedbank personal loan - debit account as they wish

Morning,

This is not the first time this is happening to me. I have a personal loan account at Nedbank and my debit order needs to go off on the 22 of each month. But everytime someone or myself deposits money in my account NEDBANK decides to debit another debit order. This is unexceptable as im so scared to ask someone to deposit money in my account then NEDBANK debit it from my account. Then i need to phone them and wait and phone every hour to hear if it reflex on my account that they did debit it again of my account and i pay extra fees for extra debit order and refund amount... this is not my problem on my side... they need to rectify this ASAP i do not have 24 or 48 hours to wait for a refund as there is debit orders that needs to go off on my FNB account and then I will not have enough funds avail for all the debit orders. And im not going and be responsible for extra funds and penalty fees as the problem is lying by NEDBANK. this is also one reason i have canceled my savings account and moved to FNB... Please assist me and they need to rectify this ASAP and foreva
