NEDBANK NOT COMPETANT ON EFT

My wife and I took a personal loan from Nedbank three years ago. We have been repaying the loan through debit orders. We now have extra cash and want to pay-off the loan quickly through EFT. Unforntunately Nedbank personal loan account system cannot accept EFT from a different bank. We bank with FNB and ABSA and have tried in vain for two weeks to link both of our accounts to the Nedbank personal loans. So we have been making extra payments by withdrng money from the ATM and make cash deposit at the bank. Who on this country and this time still want to carry cash around.
I am very disappointed with NEDBANK.
