NEDBANK??? THIS IS NOT ON!

I have a personal loan at Nedbank. I get paid on the 25th and the DEBIT ORDER is supposed to go through on that day. This month the payment was deducted on the 20th!! Fortunately there was some money left to cover, but what if there wasn't?? Who would have paid the costs?? I went to a Nedbank branch and was pointed to a customer care phone - - you can't talk to a consultant??! I was assured that it was a systems failure and wont happen again. Well, guess what. THEY TOOK ANOTHER R 3500 this morning!! I don't believe the incompetence of this bank. Not to mention their attitude. If ANY of my other debit orders get returned because of a second payment going through to Nedbank, I will hold Nedbank responsible for the fees.
