7 Days Response turns to a Month WITHOUT response

As per mentioned previously re: my claim after my house was broken into. Today i received a call from some lady saying that they will respond via Hello Peter, they will apparently reject my claim because it does "not correspond" after their findings from the proof i sent plus police report. i will definitely be taking this up with the ombudsman via my laywers. i need a thorough report of what is not corresponding from their findings vs police report. this is totally absurd and utter nonsense. EXPECT A CALL FROM MY LAWYERS, it's very easy to deduct premiums from our accounts but a mission impossible to claim.. Any excuse not to pay, now the statements don't correspond!!! so this is not over by a long shot! Think again, you take chances... i've seen the number of complaints on this site regarding your service #Shocking. so i'm waiting the feedback and the rejection letter *rubbing hands*
