No Feedback on Rejected Claim

This is my 4th and final attempt to obtain my rejection letter regarding a claim that I reported on 28 January 2013. I was told that I do not have cover by Inge. I then consulted a friend who specializes in short term insurance and he said I have a right to ask for a rejection letter.
I called on the 15th of February 2013 and spoke to Inge again. I asked her to please supply me with a rejection letter. I need to know on what grounds you rejected my claim. No response from Integrisure.
I called again on the 18th of February 2013 and sadly Inge still works there and took my call yet again. Again she promised me to send the letter of the claim rejection. No response from Integrisure.
A month later and I have heard absolutely nothing from Integrisure. I want my letter of rejection ASAP. I want to know on what grounds you declined my claim! I have a right to know and I am now forced to refer this matter to the Ombudsman. I just need to letter to take the matter further.
